Food & Drink
Wherever possible we try to use local produce, this keeps the food miles down as well as supporting Cornish producers. Besides we have some fantastic suppliers, take the goat's cheese that we use for example, it comes from Allet Dairy Goats just a few miles from the City Centre. They make the only goat's cheese to be made in Cornwall using the milk from their 150 pedigree British Sannens, the only goats farmed and milked in Cornwall, and it tastes delicious. As well as this, all of our dairy products, milk, cheese, butter and yoghurt comes from Cornish cows.
Tea & Coffee
The coffee we serve is organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance Certified and is supplied by Origin, another Cornish company. This means that the coffee that you enjoy is free from chemicals and pesticides and is grown by farmers who received a fair price for the beans.
Beers & Wines
Lettuce & Lovage is full licensed. We have a selection of mainly Belgian beers and a range of vegetarian, organic wine to choose from; available either by the glass or the bottle.
